How long have you been in the fandom? I started watching around August last year iirc. I was in the Guardian Discord for a while, then stopped going there because it moves fast and I have a obsessive need to backread everything. I'm not actively fannish, I'm more of a lurker.

What do you post about: Stuff I'm watching or reading, songs I'm learning. A bit of what's going on in my life here and there.

Post frequency: Maybe once a week, but sometimes I go on radio silence.

Drama, novel or both? Both, though I am very much more inclined for the drama. There are things I like better on one and more on the other. But for instance, I prefer drama Shen Wei over novel Shen Wei. But I haven't read the full novel as I'm waiting for the kind soul that is translating it ^^ Somehow I doubt I will change my mind, though, but we'll see.
Fannish about canon, actors, related shows, RPF or some combination of these? Canon. I did fall in love both Zhu Yilong and Bai Yu and have been watching/scavenging their other past dramas. Not RPF at the moment, though I do love their interactions off-screen.
How long have you been in the fandom? Although I had seen images and spoilers on Tumblr since Summer 2018, I consider the official date to be November when jo_lasalle and solo more than gladly showed Guardian to me and powwie , instead of a Pokemon movie, lolol.
Where can we find your fanworks, if any: very very rarely I post fanfic. You can find it both at my journal or at AO3 (but I haven't written since White Collar and that was... 7 years ago) . I haven't written any Guardian fanfic yet, though plot bunnies wearing glasses and sleeve garters and lollipops have been nagging me... (and also a Story of Minglan one been brewing...)
Other points of interest regarding your Guardian fannishness: I love when a show captures my heart before I even realize what has happened ^^ And this show was one of them. I also love to watch the music videos done for Guardian. There are works of art out there <3

How long have you been on Dreamwidth? Where were you before that? I've been on Dreamwidth just a few months. I was and still am on LJ. I joined Dreamwidth to be able to follow this Comm and interact more easily with the fans here ^^
What do you post about: It varies a lot. These past few years it has been about KAT-TUN (Japanase idol/boy band), since these guys took over my fandom life for the past 5 years. But I do post occasionally about real life, and work woes. Though the last two posts were sort of Guardian related. Well, one was Guardian related and it was about me falling in love with this show and spreading the love (AKA feeble attempt at trying to convince other people to join the bandwagon). The latest post a Challenge between Zhu YiLong and Kamenashi Kazuya (my bias in KAT-TUN) done in partnership with Powwie ^^ It was a ton of fun! You're welcome to come see it if you'd like, even if you don't know who Kame is you can try and see if you see the similarities with Zhu Yilong and tell me what you think ;P Or just stare at the pretty!
Your other fandoms include: I have a lot, but I tend to focus on one at a time lol. But KAT-TUN is the one I'm more focused on at the moment and Guardian of course. But ones that I still hold dear to my heart are Highlander (it will forever have a special place), Stargate SG-1, White Collar. These three were the ones I was mostly active. And Daredevil more recently.
Post frequency: Very very very rarely and random. Sorry.

Anything else we should know about you? I am by default a lurker, lol. Your other fandoms include: Oh god, I started engaging in fandom since 1996 and I've been in so many fandoms. Some of the big ones for me are BTS, Voltron (Legendary Defender), Star Wars (prequels), Star Trek (reboot), 1D, BBC Merlin, SGA, Inception, BBC Sherlock, MCU, LOTR, X-Men, James Bond (Daniel Craig era).
Post frequency: Variable, and when I do post, they tend to be long but I put them behind a cut.
Access policy: Most of my posts are open but I'll give access to mutuals for the rare locked posts.

Anything else we should know about you? I keep my RL and my fandom life strictly separated so I won't talk about things like my job and none of my RL friends know that I write fic. I haven't done meet-ups in the past and I still don't feel comfortable doing that now. But who knows, maybe in the future it'll change.

It's my dream to one day be able to write professionally.

I'm a fandom Old (or at least, I feel that way in some of the newer fandoms, but I think I'm just feeling Old in general even though I'm not actually that old) and I subscribe to the ship-and-let-ship mentality and not knocking down the 4th wall. I try to avoid fandom and ship wars. I'm just here to have fun and get away from RL stress. How long have you been in the fandom? This fandom, I guess since last week. I finished Guardian some time last year but never really got into the fandom until now. Fandom in general... I've been writing fanfic for more than a decade?

Other points of interest regarding your Guardian fannishness: I love Shen Wei and Zhao Yunlan (individually and as a couple) so much I cannot stop thinking about them. I'm currently halfway through my first rewatch -- slower than expected because I keep going back to watch certain scenes over and over and over again. My rewatch posts are on my DW journal - stop by if you get a chance. Also, this is all ranalore's fault - she posted about the show and I knew I had to watch it

Post frequency: On DW I'm posting my Guardian rewatch notes once a day; I don't post more often than that and when I'm not going gaga over Shen Wei and Zhao Yunlan I post infrequently. On Tumblr I post once or twice a week; right now I'm alternating Guardian screencaps with scans of 1980s Britpop bands
Access policy: All are welcome to my journal, Tumblr, etc. My DW is set to adult-content by default just to be on the safe side, but it's not super porny or anything ^__^

Anything else we should know about you? I like to stay as close to canon as I can, though with Guardian I think this leaves a lot of wiggle room. I have a huge competence!kink which Guardian fulfills in abundance (beautiful + competent = perfection). In slash, I'm very stubborn about wanting switch-hitting (top/bottom switching). Oh, and I have a mini-crush on Chu Shuzhi just because.
