Yuletide reveals have passed! I wrote 2 Guardian-related fics, one for the novel, one for Time Engraver.

Summary:

The Engraver sees countless faces and bodies pass through his domain, each one unique -- at first. Over millennia they blend together, young turning to the old, eyes and noses and mouths repeating under his hands. And although the Engraver is supposed to be impartial, he begins to develop... favorites.

Summary: "What am I supposed to do with you?" the Time Engraver asks, and hates the way his throat is closing up. He snatches up his burin, moves to apply it - the only thing he can do. The only thing he's good for, to keep time moving, to keep life in flow.

This is his purpose. Time cannot stop.

About the Guardian battle

Hey guys!So I want to start the Guardian battle at iconbattles for this month. I'd like some opinion on how to go about it.

1. Get 10 themes from the first 10 participants who sign up.
But I don't think we can get 10 participants so maybe 2 themes each person?

or

2.Get 4 or 5 themes from the first 4 or 5 people who sign up. The next 4 or 5 participants can provide screencaps.
