names and nicknames

I remember seeing a post about names that various characters call each other in the novel and drama, but I failed to bookmark it. Does anyone have that link?

Alternatively, what do people call Da Qing in his more official capacity? Comparable to situations where Zhao Yunlan would be Chief Zhao. Deputy Da is the only configuration that comes to mind, and it looks weird to me.
