Our lovely fandom continues to grow beyond our wildest expectations! Comm membership has just hit 100 98 (and we got impatient)! *shameless champagne and ballooooons*

A few small notes and reminders:

1. The Welcome/Intro post and the Fannish Resources post are still alive and kicking. Feel free to drop in at any time and say hi, or give us all your resource links (even the ones that might seem really obvious)!


2. Lurking is also totally fine, of course! *waves to lurkers*


3. Please tag your posts to the comm so other users can easily find what they’re looking for. In particular, it would be great if you could use the canon: drama and/or canon: novel tags, since it’s not always obvious to us mods which should apply, including for fanart or vids that use drama visuals but draw on novel elements. This is our current list of tags, and we’ll add more type tags as the need arises.

Other points of interest regarding your Guardian fannishness: I cannot stop rewatching the show. As soon as I finish a watch-through, I immediately start over again. It's seriously getting in the way of every other show/novel I've got on my endless backlog.

Posting habits
How long have you been on Dreamwidth? Where were you before that? I created my account only a couple of months ago, but I haven't really gotten involved anywhere else yet. Long before that, I was super devoted to the MCU and BBC Sherlock during peak Superwholock era on tumblr, and that was the last time I really got involved in fandoms. Since then, I've just been enjoying media on my own and lurking on ao3.
What do will you post about: Fannish stuff, eventually!
Your other fandoms include: Well, Guardian is probably the only thing I'm really gonna focus on online, but I'm a big fan of Priest's other works, MXTX's works, and k-pop (primarily Monsta X, with a side of SHINee).
Post frequency: I've only posted once so far, oof.
Access policy: ...Not gonna lie, I have no idea what this is. (；・∀・)

Anything else we should know about you? Because of the exponential growth in nearly every fandom that I had been a part of (re: early 2010s Tumblr), I took a huge step back for my mental health. I haven't been involved in fan communities for pretty much a whole decade, so please go easy on me! Guardian has woken me up from a 10,000 year nap and pulled me out of my self-imposed seclusion, and I just really wanna start re-engaging with fanworks, because BLESS THE FANFIC AUTHORS ON AO3, SERIOUSLY.

Right?? It's a literal goldmine for artists and fic writers alike, so I'm definitely grateful to fanwork creators for making those thousands of years count. I hate to see SW suffering, but I love to see him pining. (*꒦ິ꒳꒦ີ)

I'm more into Zhu Yilong than Bai Yu, but Bai Yu is a close second. They're both great to stare at. *g*
