Our lovely fandom continues to grow beyond our wildest expectations! Comm membership has just hit 100 98 (and we got impatient)! *shameless champagne and ballooooons*

A few small notes and reminders:

1. The Welcome/Intro post and the Fannish Resources post are still alive and kicking. Feel free to drop in at any time and say hi, or give us all your resource links (even the ones that might seem really obvious)!


2. Lurking is also totally fine, of course! *waves to lurkers*


3. Please tag your posts to the comm so other users can easily find what they’re looking for. In particular, it would be great if you could use the canon: drama and/or canon: novel tags, since it’s not always obvious to us mods which should apply, including for fanart or vids that use drama visuals but draw on novel elements. This is our current list of tags, and we’ll add more type tags as the need arises.

Drama, novel or both? Drama. I tried the novel but stopped reading around chapter 45. I'm not as into novel characterization
Fannish about canon, actors, related shows, RPF or some combination of these? Mostly canon, some the actors because they're too cute
How long have you been in the fandom? Since July 2019

Posting habits
How long have you been on Dreamwidth? Where were you before that?Uh, since it started. I was on lj before that.
What do you post about: I do a combination of life updates and fannish updates. Right now I'm working on an original writing project, and talking about Guardian, and Stargate which I'm reawatching.
Your other fandoms include: In addition to Guardian, actively, I'm reading in MDZS/The Untamed. I'm watching Stargate SG1, I revisited Harry Potter this spring, and I'm finishing up a Star Wars (prequels) fic I wrote last year. I'm all over the place fannishly, but you can check out my tags.
Post frequency: I post a couple times a week in general. And then sometimes don't post for a while.
Access policy: I very rarely lock posts, and the ones I do tend to be personal updates. All my fannish stuff is open for the most part.

OHHH!!Have you been reading MDZS? I watched a few episodes of the show,not the anime, the character designs are so beautiful!All that flow of fabric and hair! <3
I still participate in icon challenges on LJ and only the minifest in HP.I used to really like trying out writing/drawing for hprarepairs but that comm isn't running now. T_T

Hi! Yes! Apparently my brain has turned toward icons for Guardian content, and I can't say I'm complaining because it's more excuses to look at their faces :D

I am reading the MDZS novel. I watched The Untamed first, which is what was able to suck me in and make it stick. It's so gorgeous! And they have beautiful faces too! But really it caught me off-guard around eps 15 how invested I was in the story, so here I am.

I haven't done icon challenges in a looong time. Since college I think. I kind of got out of the habit when I got more into writing, but it's been a lot of fun to do recently.
