Anyway here's the searchable document with the Chinese subs. I'm going through and checking them against the hardsubs and adding the speakers, but punctuation is touch and go 😅

I started a few days ago so only episode 1 has all the names, but the entire document has the episode headings formatted if you're looking for something.

This is uhhh fully a labor of love for Guardian as Mandarin is fully a fourth language for me that I mostly started at two years ago.
This is also a labor of love for the fandom which is really nice as I'm a Cantonese speaker who uses traditional characters and actually does not have a simplified output method, so every time I add something like a location tag, I have to use a traditional to simplified translator 😅
Anyway the point is, definitely let me know if you spot anything glaringly off

Edit 2: because I still don't understand Dreamwidth, comment your preference for fixing or not fixing the spelling errors of the English props if you have a preference (I'm really, really sorry if me editing this multiple times is giving anyone notifications)

Yay, thank you so much for compiling this! That's true dedication about the traditional to simplified conversion. :D

Did you see nnozomi is also doing a similar project? Maybe you could join forces?

Personally I'd keep the spelling as it is, right or wrong, but that's just my preference.

I'll keep that in mind about the spelling preference haha, but there is some truly questionable English (sanpie alignment) XD.

This is great! As Trobadora mentioned, I've been amusing myself with a similar thing, mostly as Chinese practice for myself. I only had subtitle grabs up through, I think, episode 14, so if it is okay for me to use this to go on putting in names, timestamps, etc. that would be fantastic.

That would be great! The subtitles I've imported are from the Viki rips that Raeyn very helpfully provided me with, but there's the occasional typo here and there. As I mentioned, I've been checking them against the hardsubs but it would definitely go a lot faster to have some help.
