Specific question: What does this headline say?

My Chinese sucks as well, but here's the Hanzi in parsed form. The Copyfish addon got all the characters right (except one), even though the writing is at an angle. That addon is amazing:

西北山区突发地雲
引发山体滑坡
离奇文字重现人间

Xīběi shānqū tú fā dì yún
yǐnfā shāntǐ huápō
líqí wénzì chóng xiàn rénjiān

Google translate says:

Sudden cloud in the northwest mountainous area
Causing landslide
Bizarre text reproduces the world

I am inclined to believe the first two. The third... not so much?

Fanyi baidu says:

Sudden ground clouds in Northwest Mountainous Areas
Triggering landslides
Strange Words Reappear on Earth

That seems to make a little more sense?

There's a tiny typo in the first line, it should be 地震, that means earthquake.
