Ahhhhh I absolutely love this thought. He just goes scavenging for bits and bobs and pieces and then when he rolls across anything that might be useful he scoops it up!

Yes!! I think there's a second-hand shop next to the SID (canonically), and I always mean to put that in the fic -- Lin Jing dropping in every day to see what new things they have that he can use. :D

I remember someone mentioning it because of the Lin Jing thing. It might have been dragoncityinteriordesign, but I just took a look there and couldn't see it. Maybe it was here on the comm? Do you remember anyone decoding what else is on the same street as the SID?

The second-hand shop proprietor only has the haziest of ideas what the SID actually does, but she likes Lin Jing and keeps a special eye out for things that might appeal to him. :D
