Hooray the readalong! A thousand thanks to everyone who's hosted a post so far, been part of the discussion, and to those who are lurking, too.

We’re about to start on volume 2 of the Official Translation, so if you’ve been meaning to jump in, now is a great time to catch up!

Fans of the novel, the drama, or both are very welcome! You don't even have to be keeping up with the reading – it's fine to just react to the quotes. As you'll have noticed if you've dropped in on the discussions so far, we also talk about the drama adaptation and do a lot of compare-and-contrast.

Please consider hosting a post or two! If you're willing and able to, comment with a date from the schedule below! Posts should ideally be made sometime on the Friday or Saturday, in any time zone.

I was going to sit something out and not monopolize the readalong entirely, lol (and to catch up on some other fannish stuff even), and then I look at the chapters and I'm back on my bullshit. ;D I'll take the next available one (that includes 7 & 8 if no one has plans for it yet, but I miiight only post on Sunday then, just because it's so close). :D

And would you be willing to include a 520 Day Exchange reminder in your post? Everything's almost ready, so we decided to open sign-ups earlier and just have a longer sign-up period. Which means sign-ups will be ongoing when you post. (We have some text we can PM you.)
