October fanworks round-up post
This is the fanworks round-up post for October! Please link in the comments to any Guardian (or related fandoms) fanworks you created or enjoyed last month.
If you're linking to fanworks you didn't create yourself, please clearly mark these "REC", so there's no confusion about authorship/creatorship.
(And please still do link your fanworks, meta, etc. separately, in their own post, at any time!)
So ... what Guardian and related fandoms works did you create or enjoy in October?
- all kinds of fanworks are welcome – fic, art, vids, picspams, etc. - including those made for exchanges and events
- new chapters for WIPs count
- meta or discussion posts, too
- whether or not you've already linked these in a post of their own, we still want them here!

Slow burn get-together and first time.
Very fluffy little outsider POV piece, with Changcheng coming out to his uncle and aunt.
Ye Huo, Chu Shuzhi and Guo Changcheng on a date, talking about how Chu Shuzhi and Changcheng came to the decision to invite Ye Huo into their relationship.
There's still one more fic to go in this series, but I've been temporarily diverted.
Also, one rewatch post: Episode 39

I am enjoying This Sunsettled Life SOOOOOOO much! Ye Huo's POV feels so richly authentic and his perspective on the other two is a joy to explore.
Plus 2/3 of How the Other Half Lives - you've had a busy month--or should I say week???!!! *high fives you*

Me too, absolutely -- plus I've acquired two new niche little pairings, so I'm super happy about that. *g*

Ahhh, thank you so much! I'm so happy to hear that.
How the Other Half Lives has been in the works for several months now, but yeah, a frenzy of final touches this week. *twirls and high fives you right back* :D
