I didn't write any fic this month - honestly, didn't even really try, since I wasn't feeling well for most of the month. So all I've got are the Guardian Rewatch discussion posts for episode 38 and episode 40.

I posted quite a lot this month (or, really, in the last week or so).

• Three stories in a post-canon, everyone lives series, This Sunsettled Life (Chu Shuzhi/Guo Changcheng/Ye Huo), as a late Wishlist gift for amedia:
  
  • Every Shimmer Is A Searchlight (15,909, Explicit)
    Slow burn get-together and first time.
  
  
  • turn towards the sun (371 words, G-rated)
    Very fluffy little outsider POV piece, with Changcheng coming out to his uncle and aunt.
  
  
  • To every heart a beat that's true (1,657 words, T-rated)
    Ye Huo, Chu Shuzhi and Guo Changcheng on a date, talking about how Chu Shuzhi and Changcheng came to the decision to invite Ye Huo into their relationship.
  
  There's still one more fic to go in this series, but I've been temporarily diverted.


• The first two of three chapters of How the Other Half Lives (15k so far, G-rated so far; chapter 3 will be explicit), in which Zhao Yunlan goes to Dixing for the first time, learns about Dixing politics, and gets a crash course in Envoy. (This is the final part of my Taking It Slow series.)

I am enjoying This Sunsettled Life SOOOOOOO much! Ye Huo's POV feels so richly authentic and his perspective on the other two is a joy to explore.

I wrote and posted a short Guardian (TV) fic! Review (791 words, G) is pre-canon and about Professor Zhou and his favorite student.

SUCH a good fic!!! Professor Zhou's kindness toward Shen Wei is heartwarming and I can totally see this fic as backstory for their interaction in the first episode. ♥

i wrote a tiny little ficlet about shen wei caught red-handed smoking a cigarette:

vices (600 words, T) (inspired by that gif of zhu yilong parking his under his script)

also REC: mumblemumble wrote all in the knowing of you (1k words, T), which is a lovely bit of shen wei caught-in-a-rainstorm fluff!
