The Plot Bunny Farm is open!
Have a Guardian idea you would love to see in fic/art/vid but that just isn't getting done?
Looking for prompts?
The Guardian Plot Bunny Farm is somewhere you can come and put your own ideas up for adoption, and get inspiration for your creative endeavors! All Guardian & Guardian-related canons & RPF welcome.
Any fanworks inspired by plot bunny comments and posted before April 21 will be rounded up and presented to the world, all while the plot bunny thread stays open for new ideas and links to fully realized works. ♥

I just had a few quick questions about how it works, because I had a couple of unfortunate experiences in a kink meme where I didn't understand what was expected. :(
1 - Is there an accepted way that people adopting bunnies go about sharing the work that results? Like, is it shared at the farm first, or just linked at the farm after being posted elsewhere?
2 - Is work typically only shared once it's complete, or is it okay to post a fic in parts as it's written?
3 - Is it okay (acceptable? expected?) to "gift" the work (on AO3) to the person who surrendered the bunny, or is it impolite to assume that person would want to be associated with the work before they've read it?
Thank you so much! :)

As for rules - ahh, we're basically making it up as we go along! Certainly I just thought to make a space for posting ideas, and keeping them easily accessible. My suggestion would be:
1) Post the work elsewhere and link to it in an answering comment, just to keep the thread easily accessible.
2) Do whatever you feel most comfortable with. If you want to you could check with the person who had the bunny if they have strong preferences, but it's not a rule anywhere that you have to post complete works only.
3) In this case I'd check with the person who posted the idea? Just let them know and give them a chance to tell you what they would prefer, because different people have different expectations and experiences?
And finally: if it were me I'd be so overjoyed to f have someone making something off of my bunny I'd be all WHATEVER YOU WANT YOU ARE THE BEST PERSON EVER, so. :D
