Guardian - background music
I’m making a list of the unlisted background music in Guardian. Many of the songs are used in multiple scenes and I can’t remember/pinpoint them all, so most will just have the one scene that I picked the music out from. Feel free to add in the comments scenes where these songs play, timestamps, other songs you’ve found, or requests to find the music for other scenes. Also welcome recommendations for making this list neater/easier to read/more organized.

- Dammerun [Incubate] – pretty sure? One of the ‘fight scenes’?

- First Confluence [Journey OST] – episode 6, 21:39; after Shen Wei takes the Dixing Zhou Weiwei away | episode 13, 40:45; after Zhao Yunlan shoots Zhu Jiu and is explaining about the ear plugs | episode 9; when Wang Zhen is telling the group about the Hanga tribe | pretty sure it's in other scenes/episodes but I can't think of them off the top of my head.
- Descent [Journey OST] – episode 2; during Chu Shuzhi’s meeting with the Envoy | also the intro to some of the scenes in Dixing, I believe?
- Nadir [Journey OST] – episode 22; when Da Qing is under hypnosis and remembers Ye Zun attacking |

- Kilter Problems - episode 8, 39:47; when Chu Shuzhi’s berating Guo Changcheng for belittling himself [this song is really wacky. It’s a version of the later part of the song that seems to have been used in Guardian].
- Deserted Landscapes [Brave New World] - episode 11, 17:30; Zhao Yunlan taking care of drunk Shen Wei and putting the pieces together | episode 12, 19:53; Zhao Yunlan contemplating sketch-Shen Wei vs. sketch-Envoy.

- Fate Awaits [Canis Destructus] – episode 33, 27:24; Shen Wei is chained to the Pillar and sees the shadow man holding his blade.
- Choose the Red Pill [Canis Destructus] – episode 9, 8:12; driving up into the mountains.
- [album: Dog Beds, Vol. 1: Top Chops] – a bunch of songs from this album seem to have been used as the background music for scenes in the SID, during cases, or with Guo Changcheng. A lot of them are very similar so I couldn't always figure out a specific scene for each, but I tried. (unrelated note – I could not keep a straight face while listening to these songs ohmygod)
- The Secret Plan – not exactly sure which episode(s) | episode 1; Lin Jing in the lab and Zhu Hong tricking him into eating Da Qing's fish?
- The Night We Met – pretty sure. Can't think of an exact scene/episode.
- Sorority Prank – possibly? I have no idea. Some of it seems familiar, but I'm not sure if that could be from something non-Guardian related.
- Sophisticated Liaison – episode 1, 8:27; Xiao Guo's introduction to the SID | episode 8, 5:00; Lin Jing giving Guo Changcheng the electrified baton (or whatever it's called?).
- Nervous Nellie – possibly some of the scenes with the SID and Guo Changcheng (and am not just saying that because of the title).
- Heebie Jeebies – episode 1, 9:16; Zhao Yunlan throwing Guo Changcheng to the wolves *ahem* the SID.
- No Cigar – episode 7, 9:09; after Lin Jing terrifies Xiao Guo by telling ghost stories, right before they get the web novelist case.
- A Peculiar Case – episode 8, 10:08; Zhao Yunlan's epic fail with the books.
- In Cognito – episode 14, 38:26; Cong Bo spying on Da Qing talking to the cats in the alley.
