So it's about Da Qing (and I suspect Lin Jing) but we saw them last being rescued from the kidnapping and there is no indication of them taking any confession statements (plus everyone left so IDK whose they'd take), so I wonder if that bit means something else.

Google translate has, helpfully:

I thought that was about Da Qing bailing out Cong Bo and Lin Jing, who were in trouble over the blackout? That's the scene immediately prior to this, but I thought it was meant to be happening simultaneously, which is why Shen Wei and Zhao Yunlan don't know yet that Da Qing got them out.
