Hello. These icons are great. I am brand new to Sid-Guardian and to dreamwidth so do not know the rules. Can I upload an icon? Or do I need permission? How do I upload an icon? Thanks.

Hey, I don’t know what the rules of the fest were with regards to permission but you can read how to upload icons here in the help section of Dreamwidth:

I always forget to mention this in my posts... yes, icons in icon posts are usually available for anyone to take! Comments are also appreciated, because we iconmakers love it when people tell us they like our icons. <3

You should credit the maker when you use an icon, and I made a post about how to do that last year here in this comm:

To upload an icon you can simply copy the URL ("Copy image location") and then go to your profile and in the Create menu, choose Upload Icons. There you can upload icons from a URL.
