I feel like Ya Qing always dressed the way she does. Possibly Ye Zun makes Zhu Jiu's clothes, or maybe Zhu Jiu just mugged someone upon arriving in Haixing so he could buy a cool outfit (or mugged someone stylish and stole their outfit). :D

None of the Crow men we see dress like Ya Qing, but the only other female Crow we see is Dong Nan, and she's a child.

It might be different for children? But yeah, I was assuming Ya Qing's style is unique and that's part of her being the leader. (I'm also assuming most of the Flower Tribe don't dress like Ying Chun. :D)

I'm never sure if Zhu Jiu's purple hair is a dark-energy effect or a mundane dye job. He obviously cares about his appearance, so it could be the latter.

He's deliberately styled his hair to hide his scar, and I think the purple colour is a styling choice, too - so, mundane dye, unless he happens to know a Dixingren with a hair-styling power. *g*
