Hee! (Technically he did get a call from a real estate person about the flat, so if he was involved in the previous tenants' moving out, he must have done it sneakily behind the scenes. But that is such an awesome image/scenario that I don't even care. ;-D)

Hahah, I think it could work anyway - he signed up somewhere to be notified if something in this area is vacant, he got the people to move out, now it's suddenly vacant, oh how lucky. ;D
