This is gorgeous, and so thought-provoking! I love their expressions and contrasting attitudes -- that there's sadness and wariness both in Shen Wei's backwards glance. The way their robes swirl past each other. And oh, the mask outlined between them is giving me all kinds of thinky-thoughts, like how Shen Wei is both older brother to Ye Zun and general of his enemy's army (and then, in contemporary times, the Envoy who enforces order and peace) -- how the latter necessarily takes precedence over the former, but can't ever erase it... Anyway, it's just lovely! *showers you with kudos*
