In December 2018, Trobadora and I had an email conversation about what we thought it would take for Shen Wei to request compensation from Zhao Yunlan in the same way that Zhao Yunlan repeatedly requests compensation from Shen Wei – for Shen Wei’s hiding his identity, for resolving the Cong Bo problem, for saving Shen Wei’s life in Ye Olde Haixing Era (“Take off your mask and smile”). This was what we came up with, and I’ve been meaning to write it ever since. I hope you enjoy it! :-)
