Back to fangirl just a little bit more at you after living with this vid for a few days. I think other people have said in the comments that they were Shen Wei fans first, but this vid made them feel all the same things for Zhao Yunlan. And it is so true! I've been saying "oh, Shen Wei!" ever since I saw his gold collar stay in the very first episode, but this vid made me say "Oh, Zhao Yunlan!" in exactly the same way, and then some. This vid finally pierces the Zhu Yilong glamour that does seem to befuddle some of us hapless fans, and let me see the man Shen Wei loves and I am so grateful.

And the line "I don't remember your face or your hair or your smile" with those paired clips makes me tear up when I am just going about my daily business and I think about it. Watching it in person for the 35 time or so is almost more heartbreak than I can bear. And then I watch it for 36th time.

So, right. I really like this video. Thank you so much for loving Zhao Yunlan and showing us why so so beautifully.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. This comment just about made me cry because, while I adore both Shen Wei and Zhao Yunlan (and their actors), I found myself thinking more about Zhao Yunlan, his life's journey, and everything he went through, as the show went on. (And I'm eternally grateful for that last scene of them together on the astral plane, because without it I would've been too heartbroken to ever watch it again, let alone make a vid.)

So, if this vid helped you love Zhao Yunlan even a little more, that makes me really happy. 💜
