I can't believe I'm having to ask this...but what on earth is 'meta'? 

1. Soooo,this is my first post here. :3 I hope I'm not doing anything wrong with the tagging and such. 
So the other day I ended up looking at some gifs and I'd finished Guardian and this happened.
It's not so much a detailed review, more picspam type with gifs from all over. It's a silly little post but somehow took a bit of time because I've never done a post like this before.

Meta just means fannish analysis/essays/theories/discussion.

(In general, Fanlore is a decent resource for looking up fannish terms. Here is the article on "meta".)

Also, screencaps are very definitely welcome here, thank you! I made a new tag. :)
