Episode 6 - missing subtitles

Hi All!
Re-watching episode 6 last night, we noticed there was neither sound nor english subtitles while Yunlan and Da Qing were talking, after Chu gives Shen Wei the banner with the camera in it.

So from 36.01 to 37.08 - just over a minute, but it seemed like forever!

Do any of you have a link to the missing subtitles?
And what does the banner say?

Many thanks!

Oh no! What source are you using that has the missing sound/subs?

Here's the Viki subs for episode 6, or you could grab [personal profile] solo's QC'd version of the original subs here. :-)

I definitely recommend Solo's "corrected" versions of the subtitles - everyone who has seen both has agreed that Solo's are MILES better than YouTube's!

Okay, try this:
1. Open this link - preferably on a computer rather than a phone:
https://mega.nz/folder/WnokmQzA#0H4_J3q3sXLxT3WO-iWO4A. You should not need an account. You should see a list of 5 folders.
2. The second folder should be "Guardian HD hardsubbed eng". This means that the English subtitles and the video files have been combined together into a single file. Double click on this folder to open it. If that doesn't work, you can see if this direct link to the folder works.
3. You should now see a bunch of video files. Hover over one and you should see three dots appear. If you see the files as a bunch of squares, the dots will appear in the lower right corner of the box. If you see the files as a list, the three dots will appear to the far right of the list entry.
4. Click the three dots. A sub menu should unfold. From this menu, click where it says "Download >"
5. Choose "Standard Download". Note: Do NOT try "open" the file or to watch it as it's downloading. This is not a 'streaming' platform. The subtitles and sound will likely not work correctly if you try to "Open" instead of "Save".
6. The file will enqueue on the lower left of your screen. When it's finished downloading, if you hover over the download list, it should give you the option to "open containing folder" (it looks like a cloud with a magnifying glass over it). If that doesn't work, look wherever your browser usually downloads things to. If you have trouble, let me know what browser you're using (ie Firefox, Chrome, etc) and I'll try to help).
7. You should be able to open the file with most standard media players. If you have trouble, I highly recommend downloading and installing VLC. https://www.videolan.org/ It's one of the best free video players out there.
8. You can enqueue a few files at a time, like two or three. If you download too many files, Mega may slow down your download speed for a time, but you should be able to get several episodes at a time without any issues.

Let me know if this works for you, or if you get stuck, please tell me which number on the list you're having trouble with and how the sequence is breaking down. Good luck!
