A head's up for anyone rewatching or reccing Guardian to first-time watchers:

The YouTube YoYo Television episodes have had scenes cut out of them. As far as I can tell these cuts don't correspond to the Youku censored edition, but you can see an example of it at the 36:10 mark here in episode 20. That episode is over a minute shorter than the original version.

The good news is that Viki still appears to have the uncut, original episodes, available here.

Well, shit. I compared the video lengths on youtube with those of Solo's files and found discrepancies of over a second in the following episodes:

20: 45:38 became 44:21
22: 44:03 became 43:28
23: 44:34 became 42:49
32: 44:14 became 43:26
35: 43:53 became 43:23
37: 44:49 became 44:01

(1 second discrepancies not counted because I believe youtube and my pc might round up/down differently.)

WTF! Wow, that sucks, and now the subtitles don't match any more. I wonder what the rationale behind that is ... But most of all I hope the Viki version sticks around uncensored.

Found the cut in 37: 48 seconds from 07:05 to 07:53 were cut. That's Zhao Yunlan remembering seeing the Guardian Lantern in Old Haixing, followed by the SID members going to the second floor and arriving in front of the boxes while he talks about renovating.
