Help recalling people

My dramatis personae is almost ready! I've based it on Baidu's cast list, plus have been adding people to it as I rewatch through the episodes with an eye for names. (I've currently finished ep 6. A bunch of people are left off the list, like the fiancé from the water kidnapping of engaged couple case, so I'd continue adding to it as I go through.) Example entry:

大庆 Da Qing Dà Qìng (李砚 Li Yan; cat 陈黛黑 Chen Daihei; voice 王梓 Wang Zi)
Cat guy who is inexplicably Vice Chief. Likes dried fish. Memory troubles.

That said, there are a few people whose names I don't recognize, and who're either not clearly part of a case, or whom I didn't notice when poking through the case I recall. There's only 6 of them! Do you recall seeing these names anywhere, or recall whereabouts someone might've been named, if they were only given a name after their introduction?

高天宇 Gao Tianyu Gāo Tiānyǔ (宁桓宇 Ning Huanyu)
Is this one of the two Dixingians who goes after Li Qian?

小全 xiao-Quan xiǎo-Quán (全康伟 Quan Kangwei)
Maybe from between eps 7 and 11?

Somewhere between eps 11 and 17?

波比 Bo Bi Bō Bǐ (胡博 Hu Bo)
Somewhere between eps 17 and 22?

卫蓝 Wei Lan Wèi Lán (张蓝心 Zhang Lanxin)
A woman in or before ep 22?

茵茵 Yinyin Yīnyīn (王心予 Wang Xinyu)
Da Ji's murderous boyfriend Zheng Daqian's girlfriend?

Oh, and some people's names are hilarious – for example, rich murderous boyfriend Zheng Daqian's name 大钱 literally means "lots of money". Would you like these, either as anecdotes in the dramatis personae post or as a separate post of its own?

Hi!
I'm pretty sure 波比 (Bō Bǐ) is the moustached guy who wants to avenge his younger brother in eps. 18-19, and I'd wager 小全 (xiǎo-Quán) is Shen Wei's male student in the fieldtrip to the mountains in eps. 9-11.
I have no clue about the others except that one of the Gao could possibly be the boss of Haixingjian (?), but I couldn't say which.

I think Wei Lan is the nurse who blames herself for the death of a patient, in the video game case? So that should be episode 23/24.

I think xiao-Quan is the male student that goes with Shen Wei and Jia Jia during the Hanga arc?

I don't remember Gao Tianyu by name, but the actor is also the singer for the ending song I think. imbd has him listed for episode two?

I didn't put the character together with the ending song singer until now, but having googled the singer again, that does appear to be the Dixingian who attacks Shen Wei and Guo in Li Qian's hospital room and later pulls Li Qian out of Zhao's jeep.
