Food Obsession Update

I've been slowly rewatching the drama and updating my giant list of food and drink as I go. Its now updated through episode 6. I missed quite few things the first time around -- sorry about that.

I've also added episode headings to post to try to break up the wall of text effect -- but I'm not sure that I like them. I'm still thinking about the best way to organize this info -- I'm not really sure what the most helpful to people. Let me know if you have thoughts. At some point I will probably add some of this to the wiki, but not until I finish my rewatch.

I also did a bit more research into dried fish since many of us where uncertain if the dried fish Lin Jing eats in the first episode is normal snack food or not. I could track down that exact fish (it looks very picturesque hanging out of Lin Jing's mouth) but I did find several articles like this one suggesting that dried seafood in generally is common snack food.

Frankly, it reminds me of dried anchovies. Which is quite common in Asia and can be used in cooking in a lot of ways, and if you just fried it, you can just eat it by itself as well. There's a version that you add sugar to it so it caramelise with the anchovies and the sweet/salty combo is quite good. I have been known to just snack through a whole bunch of them as a child, much to the dismay of my parents...

小黄鱼(xiao3 huang2 yu2)

Did a bit more googling, and it seems like its not actually tuna, but croakers.
