Actually, I used to read this as ZYL deciding to get in shape to impress Shen Wei and dragging Da Qing along for company, but now I'm wondering if it's ZYL's response to Da Qing being ambushed and poisoned last episode. He wants Da Qing fit and ready to defend himself from "challenges"!
