I don't think he has an exercise regimen, but he is in a job that requires some physical proficiency as well as the mental judo he's the Olympic medalist of, so I'd imagine he does exercise weekly/multiple times per week, but it's not consistent whether it's jogging or using an exercise machine or just doing a push-up – simply whatever he feels like doing whenever. So exercise that's irregular in content and schedule, but sort of consistent despite all that. How else is he supposed to get all those cakes he steals off his waistline?
