The Dixing barber whose power is copying Haixing hair cuts can live next to the Dixing launderer whose power is making stains go poof! (Did Ye Zun eat the barber as well?)

Re: the smuggling ring, I think we're given conflicting information about how easy it is to get into Haixing without Ye Zun's help, but a smuggling ring sounds very plausible. Maybe the Haixing clothes are part of Ye Zun's masterplan?
