Oh, has that been the case for that long? I thought it was more recent, for some reason. Maybe because Ghost Face seems to suddenly be so active? And because of the room of portraits: SW has been stalking ZYL all that time, right?
he'd probably expect some of his past selves to be at least a little bit successful. ;D
I'm picturing him gesturing down at his probably half-dressed self, smirking and saying, "After all, how could you resist any version of this??" :D

I took it as 'radio that can track someone' not 'radio that plays music' - to me that's more complicated than a car, but I think that's individual. :)
