I think Zhao Yunlan would not just be totally okay with having these pictures around, he would actively enjoy it? Like, he's not jealous of himself, he's not shy or embarrassed, he's not creeped out, and he's just all-around exactly the kind of person who would feel flattered and smug about having a shrine, so I feel like he'd have no reason to even suggest putting them away? :) (I also think Shen Wei himself would put them away simply because he has the real thing and doesn't need them anymore, but I can also see him keeping them.)
