Oh, I could see "I don't know what I like, so anything is equally fine". Especially with how little attachment he has to his human life, it would make sense! (Though if he ever voiced that, I'm still sure that Zhao Yunlan would try to help him find out what he likes and then buy the right place, not push this one on him.) I don't really see "I know I don't like it/it doesn't really work, but I'll just suck it up", but that's just my interpretation of the character. :)
