"Yeah, I got the impression he was too upset to do anything but storm out. *pets him* Good thing he has Changcheng to follow him home and distract him from his woes a bit."
Which kinda makes him a less dangerous person than he seems/wants to seem - when you get really upset and don't immediately lash out, that's already something. And lol, I was doing the next chapters today, and at one point GCC stands around sniffling and CSZ is all 'I forgot to be angry for a second', they're so precious. :D
"Hahaha, something to do with transparent child-proof containers, maybe?"
"Oh, that's true! Oh no, this is totally messing with my head wrt predestination and free will and all kinds of things, lol! (How have I got this far into the novel before having this crisis?? Somehow it's weirder when you bring parents and upbringing into it! :D)"
Hee, yeah, I guess when reincarnation is involved you will always encounter this problem (or at least when the possibility of remembering past lives exists). But in a way for Zhao Yunlan it's ~better~ than for regular people? Because he is Kunlun more than other people are their past-life selves, so the decisions were sort of actually made by him, he just doesn't remember it. (But then again, I think other people are not as influenced by the decisions of their past selves as he is, so it evens out. :P)
