Ah, yep. The fact that they're ~science~ and not straight-up magic kinda just makes it complicated (especially their uniqueness, like, more Hallows or similar objects could theoretically be made by anyone who knows how/has the materials, but they weren't?), and any interpretation of this sounds equally right to me. xD
