That's a good point, it's absolutely Sprawl with Intent. Though a lot of what Zhao Yunlan does is that, so it's hard to pick - he always has some angle going, I think. (Though the toilet seat, whyyyyyyyy. But I love him for being such a gremlin.)

oooh I love this screencap. Not least because it fits the general theme of ZYL slouching and seated in the presence of Authority, while Shen Wei is standing very straight to face the doctor. Giving an Impression for sure!
