Yes, exactly. I suspect some of it was a deliberate misdirect by the show, leading us to think Zhao Yunlan might be a reincarnation who's forgotten Shen Wei (I think that's how it goes in the novel?) -- but there has to be a drama-consistent in-universe explanation too!
I have seen it suggested before that the Hallows might have affected Zhao Yunlan up and down the timeline (temporal dysfunction!), so he's vaguely remembering things that haven't happened yet...
I didn't feel like YOHE Shen Wei had that same recognition; I think he was swept off his feet by Kunlun's fond familiarity, but that that was all in Kunlun's behaviour. I'd be very curious to know if other people see it differently. :-)
