Chu Shuzhi Pic Spam: Part 1

Here is a pic spam of my favorite grumpy Dixingren, Chu Shuzhi, smiling. I am always a sucker for stoic/grumpy/serious characters and the little moments they get to show their particular emotions beneath the façade of seriousness.

I've only gone through episodes 1 - 20, so there will definitely be a part 2 to this with the next round XD

I’m going to try and put them in episodic order too. Ljsdakljdfl;sajkdfas XD

Either way, here we go for the third time!!! Minor edits because wow I apparently can't format my text correctly either?! LOLOL.

Episode 5 Goodness:

I know he’s not full on smiling but there’s that little uptick at the corner of his mouth at what ZYL was saying that my brain reads as a smile XD Also GCC’s expression too, such a sweet summer child XD


Ahaha such a cocky smile when he’s teasing ZYL about animal instinct.


When ZYL tells CSZ he’s changed. Ahahah. (Even GCC is amused)

Episode 6 Goodness:

Happy with the place GCC took them to!




Watching GCC and thinking about his twin brother. Poor CSZ.



Still watching/listening to GCC.

Episode 7 Goodness: (I believe this is episode 7 I forgot to mark it down)

Uncomfortable smile for Shen Wei as he gives him the banner XD

Episode 8 Goodness:

Changcheng has joined the team officially!

Episode 9 Goodness:

I know it's not a smile, but I like the cup and seeing people doing domestic-ish things in shows XD


Episode 10 Goodness:


ZYL is A+ leader and GCC is an A+ teammate in CSZ’s book.

Episode 16 Goodness:

Smirky smile at ZXC saying they should dismiss ZYL as leader while he's away in Dixing.


Amused smile because poor Ling Jin got Gibbs’ (from NCIS tv show) head slapped by Zhu Hong.  Also, on a completely non-smile note I forgot that GCC tried to bravely take to task Chu Shuzhi for not showing the appropriate respect to Zhao Yunlan.  That adorable puppy XD LOLOL.

Episode 17 Goodness:

It’s a small small mean smile, as he declares he’s gonna protect Changcheng.  *squee*

Episode 18 Goodness:

GCC is so worried for Chu-ge XD

Episode 19 Goodness:

The smallest of small smiles listening to GCC reassure everyone in the back of the car.


Angry of angry smiles for Zhu Jiu.


Even more angry of angry smile/laughs for Zhu Jiu.

Episode 20 Goodness:

Okay! That's it for now.  I will work on part 2 soon :D :D I really didn't want to rush the episodes with the dream arc and the two in Dixing :D So they will be in part 2.
