Refreshments and Red Tape (1,848 words)
SID Team gen set during episode 2; food and paperwork, mild anti-Dixing attitudes; no archive warnings
Summary: By the time the newbie arrived back from his run-in with the Dixing attacker at the hospital and tottered into the SID, his teeth were chattering. Da Qing jumped off the table, shifting into human form as he did. Lao-Zhao and Zhu Hong were still with Li Qian, and lao-Zhao had texted, saying to keep an eye on the kid and take him through the paperwork, but xiao-Guo looked like he was in shock. What was Da Qing supposed to do? He was not going to wash the kid’s ears to calm him down!

Summary: Chu Shuzhi didn’t have fine things because he didn’t deserve them.
