I could buy Dragon City as a 100k university town; it sometimes has that feel. But I'm also totally willing to adjust it and treat it as a much bigger city.

On the other hand, I just realised while talking to extrapenguin that my brain has apparently decided there should be an equivalence - that regardless of what size you go for, Dixing's population should be about the same as Dragon City's. Brains: weird. *g*
