I think that the fact that Shen Wei brings up Zhu Hong shows that they're not at the 'we're gonna be together forever and ever' stage yet. ZYL's 五行缺爱 is also consistent with this; they might have gotten together but he's not yet certain that it's going to be a long-term thing.
Mm, I think I agree with this – they're In This Together, but Shen Wei wants to know whether Zhao Yunlan will run off to heterosexually make baby snakes with Zhu Hong; Zhao Yunlan says he won't, and then they're interrupted by the Hallows vision.
