I've never been entirely clear with how long Shen Wei had been working as the Envoy considering e1 appears to be the first time he's seeing Zhao Yunlan in the current era. It's entirely possible he'd previously worked with Zhao Xinci and they'd crossed paths then, but I don't know if Zhao Yunlan would really have been young enough to be unrecognizable?
